Weak welds comes from low power or bad contact. clean battery terminals with alcohol, use 0.2mm strips for strength, And set pulse to 6-8. check battery charge, and keep firm electrode pressure. this improves weld reliability.
Miller Multimatic gives better control. Use 0.035-inch wire at 22 volts. My welds look even. Adjust wire speed to 280 IPM.
