      uneven welds comes from worn drive rolls, Replace them for steady feeding, My Miller feeds smooth now, Check spool tension for balance.

        Sparks burn cheap glovs. Get Tillman leather glovs for Hobart, mine burned too. Use 0.030-inch wire and 20 cfh gas, keep hands dry.
