Warping comes from fast cutting. Lower speed to 20 IPM. Use a guide rail. My parts stay flat. Clamp to a table. Check torch height. Calibrate Hypertherm settings.
Replace wheel with a 60-grit diamond, clean collet with alcohol to sharpen better.
