      Cracks comes from rapid cooling or poor prep, Preheat steel to 200°F before welding, My Handler 190 had cracking issues too, Use 25 CFH argon for coverage, Set wire speed to 240 ipm, Clean with acetone, Use 7018 electrode, Ensure slow cooling.

        Lower voltage to 18V on your Primeweld TIG225X, use 20 CFH argon, cuts spatter.
