Welding near flammables is risky. Store chemicals in another room, my shop avoided fire. Use 3M P100 respirator, ventilate, clean spills with alchohol.
Brass needs low heat. Use a 0.06-second pulse, 1.5 kg pressure, and clean with alcohol and microfiber. Copper-tungsten electrodes controls better, check alignment cause tilted tips fails, and file electrodes every 50 welds. Clamp to a steel plate.
