Bump amps to 130 on your Unimig Viper 185, use 1/8-inch e6013 electrode, boosts arc.
Display is flickering cause of loose board wiring. Check connections and tighten screws, my display stopped flickering. Test input power, And clean with alcohol. Contact Everlast support if it keeps up.
