Porosity comes from dirty steel or gas issues, Clean with acetone thorough before welding, My Millermatic 211 had bubbly welds too, Use 25 CFH argon for better coverage, Check gas hose for leaks, Set wire speed to 240 ipm for consistency, Use 7018 electrodes for cleaner welds, Ensure clean joint fit-up, Use wire brush for prep, Verify regulator settings.
wear high-collar jacket, my neck stopped stinging.
Breaker tripping is cause of a weak circuit. Use a 50-amp breaker, my Lincoln runs fine now. Check wire gauge, And use a dedicated outlet. Avoid long cords, And test voltage.
Replace contact tip on your Hobart Handler 140, worn tips jam mig wire, use 220 ipm.
Check control board for loose connections, My Lincoln pedal works after I fixed it.
Bump amps to 130 on your Lincoln Electric LE31MP, use 1/8-inch e6013 electrode, boosts arc strength.
For hot glovs, try Tillman 1350L glovs, My hands stay cooler. Use cotton liners.
Bump amps to 140 on your Miller Dynasty 400, use 2% lanthanated tungsten, boosts arc start.
Jagged cuts mean wrong settings. Use 40 amps for 1/4-inch steel. My cuts smoothed out. Check torch height at 0.06 inches. Use a guide rail. Slow speed to 20 IPM. Calibrate Hypertherm.
Dull discs means wrong grit. Use a 36-grit ceramic disc, my welds grinds faster now.
Check for gas leaks on your Esab Rogue 200i Pro, use 25 CFH argon, fixes porosity.
Use 30J pulse for better results, clean terminals with alcohol, And check battery charge level.
Thin steel needs lower voltage, Set PowerMIG 260 to 18V, Use 0.030-inch wire for control, My Lincoln burned through too, Clean with alcohol, set wire speed to 220 ipm, and use 20 CFH argon.
Burn-through means too much heat, Lower to 100 amps for 1/8-inch steel, My Lincoln TIG burned too, Use 2% lanthanated tungsten for control, Clean with alcohol, Set AC balance to 70%, Check polarity, Use 15 CFH argon, Sharpen tungsten.
Lower voltage to 18V on your Yeswelder MIG 205DS, use 15 CFH argon, prevents burn-through.
Worn bearings causes jams. Replace spindle assembly, my Dewalt 20V runs smooth now. Use a 24-grit disc for less resistance, clean spindle with alcohol, tighten flange nut to prevent stalling.

Tighten flange nut and check spindle to reduce shake on my Dewalt.
Worn brushes causes stalling. Replace them, use a 24-grit disc, my Bosch angle grinder stopped stalling. Tighten flange nut for stability, clean spindle with alcohol for better spin.
