      Clean liner with alchohol on your Esab Rebel 215ic, dirty liners cause spatter, check contact tip.

        Sparking clamp is unsafe. Check for rust, get a new clamp like I did for my PowerMIG 260. Set 230 ipm, test with multimeter, clean with alchohol, and use 20 cfh argon.
