Use 20 CFH gas flow, my welds got way better after tweaking it.
Sparking clamp is unsafe. Check for rust, get a new clamp like I did for my Millermatic 252. Set 230 ipm, test with multimeter, clean with alchohol, and use 20 cfh argon.
