      Use anti-spatter spray on your Everlast tig welder, helps reduce spatter, set wire speed to 220 ipm.

        Pedal is likely got a bad cable. Check it for breaks or wear, My pedal worked after I replaced it. Test with a multimeter, Clean with alcohol, And check plug pins. Replace pedal if it is still bad.
