Try looser spool tension, it helps with feeding.
Check ground clamp on your Yeswelder MIG 205DS, loose connection causes burn-through, use 0.035-inch wire.
Arc flash burns cause exposed skin. Add a leather flap to Lincoln hood, mine burned too. Use shade 12 for aluminum, clean with alchohol, and set 25 cfh argon.
