lumpy welds comes from bad settings or prep, Adjust wire speed to 230 ipm for consistency, My Hobart welds clean now, Clean with alcohol thorough.

Check gas flow on your Weldpro Digital TIG 200GD, use 20 CFH argon, improves arc start.
