Check fan relay with a multimeter, my Lincoln fan works now.
Eye strain is from bad lense shade. Use shade 10 3M helmet, my eyes stopped straining. Clean lense with alchohol, rest eyes.
Flip to DCEN polarity, porosity is gone.
