To all community members, fed up cause my YesWelder TIG-205P arc sputters on steel, Using 1/16-inch tungsten at 20 CFH argon, and welds has uneven shapes. Can you give me a solution to this?

Sputtering comes from poor gas flow or settings, Check for leaks at 20 CFH argon, My YesWelder TIG sputtered too, Clean steel with alcohol before welding, Set to 120 amps for 1/8-inch steel, Use 25 CFH argon for coverage, Check polarity for correct settings, Sharpen tungsten to a fine point, Ensure clean connections, Use wire brush for prep.

uneven shapes comes from dirty surfaces, Degrease with acetone thorough before welding, My YesWelder welds clean now, Check ground clamp condition.

Use 2% lanthanated tungsten for cleaner welds, it helps.

Check gas regulator for proper flow, It improves weld quality.
