This is killing me cause my YesWelder MIG-205DS wire feeds jerky, Using 0.035-inch wire at 24V, and welds is uneven. what is wrong?

Jerky feed comes from bad tension or rollers, Adjust drive roll tension on MIG-205DS, My YesWelder had same issue, Use 230 ipm wire speed, Clean liner with alcohol, Check for wire kinks, Set voltage to 22V, Replace worn rollers.

uneven welds comes from worn drive rolls, Replace them for steady feeding, My YesWelder feeds smooth now, Check spool tension for balance.

Try looser spool tension, it helps with feeding.

Use 0.030-inch wire, it reduces drag and jamming.

Check liner condition, clogs causes jerky feeding.
