This is killing me cause my YesWelder MIG-205DS welds crack on steel, Using 0.035-inch wire at 24V, and welds fails under stress. How i can avoid this problem?
Cracks comes from rapid cooling or poor prep, Preheat steel to 200°F before welding, My YesWelder had cracking issues too, Use 25 CFH argon for coverage, Set wire speed to 240 ipm, Clean with acetone, Use 7018 electrode, Ensure slow cooling.
