Yeswelder arc 205ds weak penetration

To all community members, I am curious why my Yeswelder ARC 205DS has weak penetration on stick with 1/8-inch e6013 electrode at 120 amps, How i can avoid this problem?

  Bump amps to 140 on your Yeswelder ARC 205DS, use 1/8-inch e6013 electrode, improves penetration.

  Clean steel with alchohol before welding, contamination weakens penetration, set Yeswelder to 130 amps.
