Hi guys i am fed up cause my YesWelder MIG-205DS trips the GFCI fast on 120V at 20 volts, And it resets. What is wrong?

GFCI tripping is likely a ground fault. Check welder grounding, my YesWelder runs fine now. Inspect cables for damage, And try a non-GFCI outlet. Test with a multimeter, And clean connections with alcohol.

GFCI is too sensitive for welders. Switch outlets, my YesWelder stopped tripping.

Switch to a 240V outlet, It is way more stable.
