Hi guys i am stumped cause my Lincoln Precision TIG 225 arc wanders bad on steel at 120 amps, And it drifts. Any tips?

Wandering arc is from a bad ground. Check clamp for corrosion, And use 3/32-inch tungsten. my arc stabilized after that. Clean with alcohol, And set 25 CFH argon.

Use a sharper tungsten grind, It gives better control.

Check AC balance, my Lincoln welds smooth at 70%.

Use clean steel, my welds got better after cleaning to stop arc drift.
