welder wire feed runs uneven

        Hi guys i am annoyed cause my Esab Rebel 235 wire feed runs uneven with 0.035-inch wire, And it jerks bad. What is the fix?

          Feed is jerky cause of bad tension. Adjust roller pressure, my wire feeds smooth now. Check liner for clogs, Use 0.035-inch ER70S-6 wire, And clean with alcohol. Lube the liner too.

            Check motor voltage with a multimeter, my Esab feeds fine now.

              Swap to new feed rollers, They is more reliable.

                Replace worn liner, my feed stopped jerking after that.

                  Bad spool alignment is causing uneven feed. Adjust it, my Esab works now.
