Hi guys i am annoyed cause my Esab Rebel 235 fan grinds loud at 24 volts, And it is super noisy. Can you give me a solution to this?

Grinding fan is likely bad bearings. Check motor for wear, And clean vents with compressed air. my fan quieted down after that. Lube bearings, And replace if it is bad.

Check fan alignment, my Esab fan runs quiet after adjusting.

Swap to a new fan motor, It is more reliable.
