Hi guys i am frustrated cause my Esab Rebel 235 arc pulses too weak at 24 volts, And welds is thin. Can you give me a solution to this?

Weak pulse is from bad settings. Adjust pulse frequency to 1 Hz, And use 0.035-inch wire. my welds got stronger after that. Clean with alcohol, And check 20 CFH gas. Set voltage.

Check voltage, my Esab welds smooth at 22 volts.

Use clean steel, It helps the pulse stay strong.

Use 280 IPM wire speed, my welds improved a lot after that.

Bad gas flow is causing weak pulse. my Esab works with 25 CFH argon.
