Millermatic 211 autoset wire feed jams

        i’m confused cause my Millermatic 211 Autoset wire feed jams on mig with 0.035-inch mig wire at 20V, it’s frustrating. If anyone of you know the solution please tell me?

          Replace contact tip on your Millermatic 211 Autoset, worn tips jam mig wire, use 220 ipm.

            Clean liner with alchohol on your Millermatic 211 Autoset, dirty liners cause jams, set to 3.5 tension.
