To all community members, at my wit is end cause my Millermatic 211 welds look porous on steel, Using 0.035-inch wire at 20V, and welds has bubbles. Can you give me a solution to this?

Porosity comes from dirty steel or bad gas, Clean with acetone thorough before welding, My Millermatic 211 had bubbly welds too, Use 25 CFH argon for better coverage, Check gas hose for leaks, Set wire speed to 240 ipm, Use 7018 electrode, Ensure tight connections.

Try higher voltage, it makes welds cleaner.

bubbly welds comes from dirty steel surfaces, Degrease with alcohol thorough before welding, My Miller welds clean now, Check gas flow consistency.

Check gas coverage, low argon causes porosity.
