I’m in a trouble cause my Millermatic 211 welds has porous spots on steel, Using 0.035-inch wire at 20V, and welds shows bubbles. How i can avoid this problem?

Porosity comes from dirty steel or gas issues, Clean with acetone thorough before welding, My Millermatic 211 had bubbly welds too, Use 25 CFH argon for better coverage, Check gas hose for leaks, Set wire speed to 240 ipm for consistency, Use 7018 electrodes for cleaner welds, Ensure clean joint fit-up, Use wire brush for prep, Verify regulator settings.

bubbly welds comes from dirty surfaces, Degrease with alcohol thorough before welding, My Miller welds clean now, Check gas flow for consistency.

Increase gas flow to reduce porosity, it helps.

Use fresh wire to avoid bubbles, My Miller got better after switching, Check connections.

Check regulator for proper flow, It improves weld quality.
