Miller Welder Fan Grinds Bad

        Hi guys i am annoyed cause my Miller Multimatic 220 fan grinds bad during welds at 24 volts, And it is noisy. Can you give me a solution to this?

          Swap to a new fan motor, It is more reliable.

            Grinding fan is likely bad bearings. Check motor for wear, My fan quieted after replacing them. clean vents with compressed air, And lube bearings to cut noise. Replace fan if it is bad.

              Check fan alignment, my Miller fan is quiet now.
