Miller Welder Arc Burns Holes

        Hi guys i am frustrated cause my Miller Millermatic 211 arc burns holes at 24 volts, And the steel melts. Can you give me a solution to this?

          Arc is too hot cause voltage is high. Drop to 20 volts, my welds stopped burning through. Use 0.035-inch wire, Check 20 CFH gas, And clean with alcohol. Try short bursts.

            Check wire speed, my Millermatic welds smooth at 250 IPM.

              Use TIG welding, It is got less heat input.

                Use 0.030-inch wire for thin steel, my welds stopped burning through.

                  Bad gas flow is causing burn-through. my Miller works with 25 CFH.
