Miller multimatic 235 burns through aluminum

        i’m confused cause my Miller Multimatic 235 burns through thin aluminum with 0.035-inch mig wire at 22V, welds fall apart. any help?

          Lower voltage to 18V on your Miller Multimatic 235, use 15 CFH argon, prevents burn-through.

            Try pulse mode on your Miller Multimatic 235, controls heat better, set wire speed to 210 ipm.

              Check ground clamp on your Miller Multimatic 235, loose connection causes burn-through, use 0.035-inch wire.
