Miller maxstar 161 stl arc issues

        i’m annoyed cause my Miller Maxstar 161 STL has arc issues on tig with 1/16-inch tig electrode and 15 CFH argon, any fixes?

          Use 2% ceriated tungsten on your Miller Maxstar 161 STL, set to 140 amps, stabilizes arc.

            Check gas flow on your Miller Maxstar 161 STL, use 20 CFH argon, improves arc stability.
