I’m losing patience cause my Lincoln PowerMIG 260 wire sticks in weld, Using 0.035-inch wire at 24V, and welds looks lumpy. How i can avoid this problem?

Try higher wire speed, it makes welds smoother.

Sticking wire means low wire speed, Increase to 240 ipm for smoother welds, My PowerMIG 260 had same issue, Use 20 CFH argon for coverage, Clean steel with acetone, Check drive roll tension, Set voltage to 22V, Ensure clean liner.

lumpy welds comes from improper settings or prep, Adjust wire speed to 230 ipm for consistency, My Lincoln welds clean now, Clean metal with alcohol.

Check liner condition, clogs causes sticking welds.

Use 0.030-inch wire, it improves weld consistency.
