Dull welds comes from poor prep or gas issues, Clean steel with alcohol before welding, My PowerMIG 260 welded better after cleaning, Use 120 amps for 1/8-inch stainless, Set wire speed to 240 ipm for stability, Use 25 CFH argon for coverage, Check polarity for correct settings, Ensure clean joint fit-up, Use wire brush for prep, Verify regulator functionality.

poor finish comes from low gas coverage, Check for leaks at 20 CFH argon, My Lincoln welds stainless clean now, Use wire brush for prep.
