Lincoln electric le31mp arc weak

To all community members, I am annoyed cause my Lincoln Electric LE31MP arc is weak with 1/8-inch e6013 electrode at 100 amps, Can you give me a solution to this?

  Bump amps to 130 on your Lincoln Electric LE31MP, use 1/8-inch e6013 electrode, boosts arc strength.

  Check electrode condition on your Lincoln Electric LE31MP, old electrodes weaken arc, store dry.
