          To all community members, I am confused cause my Lincoln Electric AC 225 arc welder has burn-back issues with 1/8-inch e6013 electrode, welds stop mid-run. any help?

            Check electrode condition on your Lincoln AC 225, old electrodes cause burn-back, store them dry.

              Use shorter arc length on your Lincoln AC 225, helps prevent burn-back, set to 120 amps.
