        i’m confused cause my Lincoln 215 MPI burns through thin steel with 0.030-inch mig wire at 18V, any help?

          Lower voltage to 16V on your Lincoln 215 MPI, use 15 CFH argon, prevents burn-through.

            Try pulse mode on your Lincoln 215 MPI, controls heat better, set wire speed to 200 ipm.
