How does millermatic 355 burn through?

        why’s my Millermatic 355 burning through aluminum with 0.035-inch mig wire at 22V? it’s super frustrating, any ideas?

          Lower voltage to 18V on your Millermatic 355, use 15 CFH argon, prevents burn-through.

            Try pulse mode on your Millermatic 355, controls heat better, set wire speed to 210 ipm.

              Check ground clamp on your Millermatic 355, loose connection causes burn-through, use 0.035-inch mig wire.
