This is a pain cause my Hobart Handler 190 welds crack on steel, Using 0.030-inch wire at 22V, and welds fails under stress. Can you give me a solution to this?

Cracks comes from rapid cooling or poor prep, Preheat steel to 200°F before welding, My Handler 190 had cracking issues too, Use 25 CFH argon for coverage, Set wire speed to 240 ipm, Clean with acetone, Use 7018 electrode, Ensure slow cooling.

cracking comes from contaminated steel surfaces, Clean with alcohol thorough before welding, My Hobart welds hold up now, Ensure proper joint preparation.

Try slower cooling, it makes welds stronger.
