Breaker tripping is cause of a weak circuit. Use a 50-amp breaker, my Hobart runs fine now. Check wire gauge, And use a dedicated outlet. Avoid long cords, And test voltage.

Check cables for shorts, my breaker stopped tripping after I inspected them.

Switch to a 240V dedicated circuit, It is way more stable.

Inspect breaker for issues, my Hobart works fine with a 60-amp breaker.

Bad outlet is causing power cuts. Upgrade it, my welder runs fine now.
