i am worried cause my Hobart Handler 190 fan stops mid-weld at 22 volts, And it overheats fast. Any solutions?

Fan stopping is likely bad wiring. Check motor connections, And clean vents with compressed air. my welder runs cooler now. Test fan voltage, And replace if it is bad.

Try an external cooling fan, It helps keep things cool.

Check fan relay with a multimeter, my Hobart fan works now.
