This is driving me nuts cause my Esab Rebel 235 wire feeds too slowly, Using 0.035-inch wire at 22V, and welds is uneven. Can you give me a solution to this?

Slow feed comes from bad tension or rollers, Adjust drive roll tension on Rebel 235, My Esab had same issue, Use 230 ipm wire speed, Clean liner with alcohol, Check for wire kinks, Set voltage to 20V, Replace worn rollers.

Try looser spool tension, it helps with feeding.

uneven welds comes from worn drive rolls, Replace them for steady feeding, My Esab feeds smooth now, Check spool tension for balance.

Use 0.030-inch wire, it reduces drag and jamming.

Check liner condition, clogs causes slow feeding.
