Esab Welder Arc Won’t Hold

        Hi guys i am frustrated cause my Esab Rebel 235 arc won’t hold steady at 24 volts, And it keeps breaking. Can you give me a solution to this?

          Use clean steel, It helps the arc stay steady.

            Arc is breaking cause of a bad ground. Check clamp for rust, Tighten cables, And use 0.035-inch wire. my arc stabilized after that. Clean with alcohol, And set wire speed to 280 IPM.

              Check voltage, My Esab welds smooth at 22 volts.
