Esab emp 210 wire feed skips often

i’m a little bit confused cause my Esab EMP 210 wire feed skips on mig with 0.030-inch mig wire at 18V, it’s a pain. Can you give me a solution to this?

  Adjust drive roll tension on your Esab EMP 210, set to 3.5, stops skipping.

  Clean liner with alchohol on your Esab EMP 210, dirty liners cause wire skips, use 220 ipm.
