Eastwood mp200i multi process arc issues

        i’m a bit confused cause my Eastwood MP200i Multi Process has arc issues on mig with 0.035-inch mig wire and 20 CFH argon, If anyone of you know the solution please tell me?

          Check ground clamp on your Eastwood MP200i Multi Process, loose connection causes arc issues, use 18V.

            Clean mig wire with aceton before welding, dirty wire messes up arc, use 230 ipm on your Eastwood.
