Yeswelder mig 205ds burns through aluminum

        i’m confused cause my Yeswelder MIG 205DS burns through thin aluminum with 0.035-inch mig wire at 22V, welds fall apart. any help?

          Lower voltage to 18V on your Yeswelder MIG 205DS, use 15 CFH argon, prevents burn-through.

            Try pulse mode on your Yeswelder MIG 205DS, controls heat better, set wire speed to 210 ipm.

              Check ground clamp on your Yeswelder MIG 205DS, loose connection causes burn-through, use 0.035-inch wire.
