Why is vevor mig on 0.035-inch 4043 wire — electrode sticking

        my Vevor mig on 0.035-inch 4043 wire sticks bad, 22V at 160 amps. If anyone of you know the solution please tell me?

          gas hose had a micro leak, caused weird arc jumping.

            Cleaned contact tip with wire file, flow is better.

              my Vevor did this on dirty steel. Grind clean, wipe with alchohol, it helped.
