Splatter means wrong settings. Lower voltage to 20. Use 0.035-inch wire for control. My beads look clean. Check gas flow at 20 CFH. Clean with alcohol. Use a weave.

Miller Multimatic gives better control. Use 0.035-inch wire at 22 volts. My welds look even. Adjust wire speed to 280 IPM.

              Use 300 IPM wire speed.

Practice steady hand. My beads look smoother. Clean with alcohol first.

Use anti-splatter spray. My welds stopped splattering. Check gas flow.
