Weird results from simder arc 200 on 0.035-inch 4043 wire — spatter

        Hi guys, my Simder arc 200 on 0.035-inch 4043 wire spatters, cleaned with acetone, tweaked CFH 15 to 25. Can you give me a solution to this?

          cleaned contact tip with wire file, flow is better.

              try 7018 rods, puddle holds tighter on uphill.
