Hi guys, my Yeswelder spool gun welds uneven on 3/16-inch aluminum, and beads is inconsistent. Any solution?

Use a 0.035-inch 5356 wire, it is better for consistent welds.

Clean the frame with a stainless brush, use 0.035-inch 5356 wire, and push at 10 degrees.

Uneven welds means gas issues. Use 0.035-inch 5356 wire, 20V, 350 ipm, and clean with stainless brush and acetone. Set argon to 25 cfh with no leaks, push at 10 degrees, tack every inch, and clean the liner.
