stainless steel welding brush scratches

        My stainless steel welding brush scratches aluminum welds on TIG welds, welds looks rough. How i can avoid this problem?

          Use a teflon brush, it avoids scratches.

            Stainless brushes scratch aluminum. Switch to Cougartron Powerbrush, my welds look polished now. Use light pressure, apply pickling paste with a soft cloth to prevent marks.

              Clean with alcohol first, use a soft teflon brush to reduce marks.
