primeweld mig 180 arc won’t start

        i’m annoyed cause my Primeweld MIG 180 arc won’t start right on mig with 0.030-inch mig wire at 18V, welds barely form. How i can avoid this problem?

          Bump voltage to 19V on your Primeweld MIG 180, check wire feed tension, use 220 ipm for stability.

            Clean liner with alchohol on your Primeweld MIG 180, dirty liners cause arc issues, set to 3.5 tension.
