To all community members, stuck cause my Millermatic 252 welds crack on steel, Using 0.035-inch wire at 22V, and welds cracks during bending. Can you give me a solution to this?

Cracks comes from rapid cooling or poor prep, Preheat steel to 200°F before welding, My Millermatic 252 had cracking issues too, Use 25 CFH argon for coverage, Set wire speed to 240 ipm, Clean with acetone, Use 7018 electrode, Ensure slow cooling.

cracking occurs due to contaminated steel surfaces, Clean with alcohol thorough before welding, My Miller welds hold up now, Ensure proper joint preparation.

Try slower cooling with insulation blankets, it helps.

High voltage can cause cracks, Lower to 20V.

Use 0.030-inch wire, it reduces stress in welds.
